If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus any shipping costs. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. We will provide you with  instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Please note that personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on certain products, including but not limited to perishable goods, intimate apparel, and health and personal care items.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
