Please note that personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on certain products, including but not limited to perishable goods, intimate apparel, and health and personal care items.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
